Our deliverables are strictly intended to serve as reference material, learning aids, and foundational prototypes. It is the student's absolute responsibility to understand the architecture, code, and concepts before any academic submission. We do not condone direct submission of our work as your own without comprehension.
3. Project Timelines & Revisions
- Delivery: We agree on a specific delivery timeline before payment. We guarantee adherence to this timeline barring unforeseen technical impossibilities.
- Revisions: Minor revisions within the original scope of work are provided free of charge. Major structural changes or new feature requests after development has begun will incur additional costs.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment and successful delivery, you are granted full rights to utilize, modify, and present the source code and documentation provided to you for your academic purposes. Final Cap retains the right to reuse underlying boilerplate architectures for future generic projects, but your specific custom logic, UI layouts, and domain-specific code will remain unique to your project to ensure it is plagiarism-free.
